1. Standard Precision Laser Cutting
After repeated debugging and field testing, it realizes high-speed and high-precision cutting for 1-40mm carbon steel plates. The cutting section is smooth without burrs, and the dimensional tolerance is controlled within industrial standard range, fully meeting the high-precision processing requirements of mechanical parts and structural components.
2. Laser-Flame Hybrid Cutting (Core Upgraded Technology)
It is the core optimized function for ultra-thick plate processing summed up from mass production experience. Fast laser pre-piercing replaces traditional long-time flame preheating, and the automatic flame reaming and slag removal system ensures stable cutting quality of thick plates. It is the most cost-effective processing solution for 40-200mm ultra-thick carbon steel, which has been widely recognized by thick plate processing manufacturers.
3. Multi-Angle Standard Bevel Cutting
Compliant with international industrial bevel processing standards, it supports ±45° arbitrary angle adjustment, covering V, Y, X, K and various special bevel shapes required by shipbuilding, bridge and machinery industries. Straight cutting and bevel cutting are completed in one clamping, realizing integrated one-step forming of workpieces and improving processing consistency.
4. Automatic Secondary Bevel Processing
Equipped with industrial-grade BCW400F laser profiler, after the straight cutting of workpieces, the equipment can automatically scan, position and complete secondary bevel processing. This function solves the problems of low efficiency and large error of manual marking and repeated clamping in traditional processes, and has become a standard configuration for high-standard thick plate processing.
5. Intelligent Remnant Recycling Cutting
