Product Introduce
Laser cutting working principle: Laser cutting machine focused high power laser beam on surface of workpiece, with material absorb laser, will form high temperature area at the laser beam working area, and make the surface vaporized or ablated. The ablated material will be blowed away by auxiliary gas which is coaxial with beam.
CNC laser tube cutting machine able to Cut, Drill, Kerf by laser, with automatic control system, able to cut complex shape in one shot, no reprocessing require after laser cut. Solution widely used in cutting varieties metal tube(carbon steel, stainless steel, low ally steel, aluminum alloy), and processing varieties complex pictures. It is also widely used in fitness equipment, medical equipment, furniture, logistic equipment and steel structure engineering industries.
The main operation steps of SMART6535:
Step1 Put tube on the loading rack, loading rack measure the size of tube and move the tube to machine tool, the Lifting bracket of machine tool rise to proper height and hold up the tube.
Step2 Chuck Clamping System fix the tube and move to cut.
Step3 Chuck will fix the tube and keep at "Send Status", before the setted cutting procure complete, it will not release.
Step4 In the cutting process, Axis X, Y, Z, H and A/C coordinate to complete tube cut under the control by system automatically.
Step5 Unloading system move the workpiece to designated position. Tailing and cutting waste drop into scrap collect box.
Step6 Tube cutting complete, system move to tube loading status.
