Hglaser Dual-Station Intelligent Laser Welding System for Cold Plates is engineered for laser seal welding of pure-copper cold plates and copper-to-stainless-steel cold plates, the system replaces conventional processes such as brazing and friction stir welding. It requires no brazing filler metal, streamlines production, lowers capital investment, and improves both yield and throughput. The system comprises a fiber laser with a core-ring beam, a motion platform, a loading, clamping and pressing mechanism, an inspection and positioning system, a water-cooling system, and a fume extraction unit.
