What is a GF 3015 P laser cutting machine?

The GF 3015 P laser cutting machine by Farley Laserlab adopts a gantry-motion structure, linear guide and screw drive, AC servo motor and drives, dual-side  fume  extraction  system ,square and round pipe automatic cutting system that delivers high performance laser cutting quality by equipping with a world leading Raycus-1500W/2200W/3300W fiber laser source. Not only it is highly recommend for carbon steel cutting, but also excellent for SS plate, aluminum alloy plate and copper plate, and pipe cutting.

1.Description

Laser Cutting Machine integrates optical, mechanical and electrical technology into one machine, which adopts laser technology, computer control technology and high-performance CNC (computer numerical control) laser power system. Laser Cutting Machine is capable of processing all kinds of sheet metal with high speed and efficiency.

Laser Cutting  Machine  GF3015P-1500 is  applied in metallic  sheet  and pipes  cutting. The

maximum size of sheet metal that it can cut is 3000mm×1500mm. The machine is equipped with    pipe    cutting    for    round    pipe    Ф25mm-Ф160mm,    square    pipe 25mm×25mm

-100mm×100mm (diagonal 30mm-160mm), with the maximum thickness 3mm, length 3000mm, optional 6000mm. The products will have smooth edge with high quality surface finish, small kerf width and little heat effect. The machine is especially suitable for cutting metal sheet or pipe.

The Laser cutting head adopts German technology, equipped with QBH fiber output connector, special optical lens, sealed accurate focus adjusting method, and fast capacity transducer with minimum cutting gap 0.2mm, which could increase cutting speed and reduce gas consumption.

3)Machine tool

The machine adopts gantry structure, beam and bed are in a single process with high precision, good rigidity, smooth operation.

Machine base: The base is welded by high quality metal pipes, made after professional welding, secondary aging treatment and precise gantry miller processing, which ensure excellent vibration resistance, high rigidity and stability.

Machine worktable: Steel saw composed worktable is standard equipped with pneumatic feed collecting device to fix the sheet metal and guarantee the cutting accuracy, optional equipped with pneumatic lifter device to convenient the loading and unloading, reduce labor intensity.

Deslagging system: The movable collecting trailer under the machine can remove waste and collect small parts during the cutting.

Dust removal system: The machine tool is also equipped with exhaust fan to remove the dust and exhaust gas.

4)Transmission System

The machine tool adopts gantry double driving structure and high damping machine tool bed, with good rigidity which can suffer high speed and acceleration, adopts imported AC servo system and driver system, imported gear and rack transmission, linear guide track for guiding, ensuring the high speed, high precision and high reliability of the machine.

5)Control System

Fiber laser cutting system includes laser cutting process, normal stock layout function and laser processing control. It mainly has drawing process, parameters setting, user-defined cutting process edit, stock layout, route planning, simulation and cutting control. The cutting power could be adjusted with the cutting speed. The individual pull in and pull out speed could be set. It also has material process library, which could save all the process parameters for the same material.

6)Red Light Indicating System

The coaxial red light is used as the indicator to make it simple to adjust optical system and more accurate to posit working point.

7)Cooling System

The water cooling system is equipped and the temperature could be indicated. The water cooling system would start working automatically when the temperature is higher than the preset value and stop working automatically when the temperature is below the preset value.

8)Exhaust Fan

The centrifugal blower remove the dust to maintain a good working environment and reduce the harm to personnel safety and equipment.

9)Rotary Clamp

Rotary clamp can hold round pipe Ф25mm-Ф160mm, square pipe 25mm×25mm- 100mm×100mm (diagonal 30mm-160mm), with thickness 4mm, length 6000mm. The clamp can feed automatically with stable long-time feeder work.

1.Warranty period: From the acceptance qualified date, the warranty period will be 1 (one) year, but in any case, not more than 18 months after B/L date. Seller is responsible to offer free fittings in these years (except consumable part.) Buyer has to send the damaged fitting to sellers.

After the warranty, we will also provide favorable service of long term technical supports and spares supply to ensure machine's stable and continuous running.

2.The artificial damage in the warranty period and damage after warranty period, Seller offers paid service.

3.The Seller will give 24 hours service support during warranty time, and giving technical guide by email, telephone, Fax for daily maintenance, if need local support, Buyer has to pay for the travel and accommodation & meal cost for the people from seller’s side, no labor charge require.

If products are out of warranty and require on site service, Buyer have to pay for the travel

and accommodation & meal cost for the people from seller’s side, labor charge is require, USD600/day per people.

4.About the transportation expanses of spare parts will be supported by both parties in the warranty period, like Buyer support the cost of transportation for damage spare part back to supplier; Seller support the new spare part deliver to Buyer.
