
Laser Metal Cutting Machine
The whole machine consist of machine tool body, motion parts, electrical equipment control parts, and other assist parts. Via control system to operate three axis motion parts, so it can drive fiber laser cutting head to achieve a stable, accurate, and high speed moving. X and Y axes adopt imported HIWIN linear guide rail with high quality and precision. Adopting integral welding and stress relief annealing, the bearing capacity of the working talbe could get 500 KG. To ensure the accuracy of transmission, it also adopting ball transfer units, sheet metal clamping device, fully enclosed dust-proof device, photoelectric sensor and other precise positioning parts.
1. Moving crossbeam, imported high precision racks and linear guide rail, stable transmission, high precision.
2. Machine frame, crossbeam and worktable adopt integral welding structure. With stress relief annealing and vibration stress relief treatment, it can completely eliminate the welding and processing stress, maintaining high strength and precision, keeping the normal use of 20 years without deformation.
3. X, Y and Z axies use imported Japan servo motor with high precision and speed. Large torque and inertia can guarantee the stability and durability, the high speed and acceleration of the whole machine.
4. Using professional and powerful Shanghai Cypcut fiber cutting controlling system that based on Windows operating system, with good Human Machine Interaction and easy operation.
5. Laser is produced without gas and it could use air to cut sheet metal.
